When you book, you will need to pay a
deposit of $200.00 with the balance
payable 30 days before your arrival date.
When is check-in & check-out times?
Your town house will be available for
check-in at 4:00 p.m. Your check-out time
is 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. A
town house requires more time to clean
than a hotel room. Therefore, please
help us prepare for our next guest by
checking out on time.
What about security?
Windsor Hills Resort is a secure
community with a gatehouse that is
manned 24/7.
How close is Windsor Hills to the Disney
Theme Parks?
We’re one of the closest! It will take you
just 5 to 10 minutes to get to Disney.
How far is Universal Studios, Islands of
Adventure and Sea World?
Universal and Sea World are just 20-25
minutes away.
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes, US highway 192 (also known as Irlo
Bronson) has a grocery stores, 24 hour
Walgreen’s drug store and many gift
shops. Also, there are many restaurants
catering to all tastes and budgets from
mouth watering Steak Houses to
Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burger
and Pizza restaurants all less than 2-3
miles from the Windsor Hills Resort.
Is there transportation to the parks?
Transportation is available to the Theme
Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an
additional charge). The time table, which
changes monthly, is displayed inside the
Windsor Hills on-site sundry shop.
Is the resort pool heated?
Windsor Hills resort offers you the
perfect vacation community including an
Olympic-sized swimming pool. It is
available to all guests and is heated
during the winter months. If you rent our
town house, the pool heating for the
splash pool is extra.
Do you provide air conditioning and heat?
Yes, our town house has central air
conditioning and heat.
Are your kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, our town house has a fully equipped
kitchen including cooking utensils,
silverware, dishes, stove, microwave,
refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee
maker, toaster and dishwasher...

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample linen and towels are provided
in our town house.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and
ironing board in our town house.
Are there cleaning supplies?
We provide regular cleaning items such
as a mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum.
As this style of vacation is classed as
self-catering, you will be responsible for
other needs, such as soap etc. There is
an on-site sundry shop and
supermarkets and grocery stores
close to the resort.
Is the town house cleaned daily?
No. Our town house is cleaned prior to
your arrival and after your departure.
There is no cleaning charge unless you
stay less than 5 nights. A
mid-stay clean can be arranged at
additional cost.
Is the town house non smoking?
No smoking is permitted inside the town
house.
Do you allow pets in your town house?
No, we do not allow pets in our town

Where do we pick up the keys?
The keys are picked up at our
management agent's office. You will be
provided with a complete check-in
package upon making a reservation. If
you arrive late, there is a lock box for

condition. You will be provided with their
