To cancel your reservation, please
send us an e-mail with the word
"cancel" and your confirmation number
clearly displayed.
If you cancel 31 days prior to your
arrival date, money paid will be
refunded, reduced by a $50
administrative fee. If you cancel 30 to
15 days prior to your arrival date, you
forfeit your initial deposit; other money
paid will be refunded. If you cancel 14
days or less prior to your arrival date
you will receive NO refunds.
